Conditions of Letting:
Arrival time from 14h00 and departure by 10h00, arrival time not later than 18h00 unless previously arranged.
Balance of account to be settled, in full, immediately on arrival, Group Bookings required to settle one full month before arrival .
Bookings: Any deviation from the confirmed dates only by written arrangement with the Management. Accommodation not utilized
within 24 hours after reserved arrival date will be re-let unless prior arrangements have been made.
Cancellation Fee: 25% as handling fee on any cancellation, 50% if within 90 days, no refund if cancelled within 30 days or less of arrival date.
Deposit: Normal deposit required to confirm a provisional booking is 50 % of total amount.
Discounts: Pensioners: on presentation of an I.D. a 10% discount is offered with the exception of Peak Season, Summer Season and Long Weekends but payment not to be made by credit or debit card, rather cash or internet transfer.
Dogs: Regret no dogs – not even little ones.
Extra Cars: Strictly one vehicle per Cottage/Lodge during peak season. Extra vehicles (by prior arrangement) to be parked in a designated parking area.
No Motorcycles or Quad bikes allowed in/on the Resort.
No Rollerblades, Skateboards, Scooters, Bicycles after dark or before 08h00.
Office Hours: 08h45 to 13h00 and 14h00 to 17h00.
Owner’s Risk: The Management is not responsible for any personal injury nor damage to and/or loss of personal property.
Park Entrance: Electronically controlled; a refundable R100 deposit is required on the Entry Disc & TV Remote.
Park Personnel: No instructions are to be given to Park Staff: please approach the Management direct.
Visitors: A fee will be charged. All visitors to call via the Office before entering the Resort.
